Over four Wednesday afternoons, Angela will share aspects of her Mind Your Mojo© program via Zoom. These interactive 60-minue live gatherings are a chance to participate in a virtual MBN event that encourages you to create or, perhaps recall, positive stress-management habits. Participants will have the chance to ask questions and engage in an activity each week specifically designed for the session.
