I recently attended The Melbourne Business Network ‘4 Quarters of Networking’ event and was incredibly impressed. Having run networking events myself, I understand the challenge of engaging the attendees for the entire evening.
Brenda Thomson did an excellent job with her networking game which left everyone at our table certain they could create quite a few alliances.
We did so well in fact, that we won the night!

WOMEN IN BUSINESS LUNCHEON - 16th September 2008 A quick note to thank you for all your hard work that contributed to the great success of the lunch yesterday. I have received very positive feedback from our CEO, Councillors and Director and we could not have done it with you and the Melbourne Business Networks support.
When all the accounts are finalised, I would like to know our total donation for Dragons Abreast, so that we can let our Councillors know.

Whitelion raised over $300,000 for the 2008 BAILOUT and this will go towards helping kids in Custody, a very worthy charity Guests who attended the Gaol House Rock Cocktail Party enjoyed fabulous food and top class entertainment by Lior, The Currency, Bad Boys Batucada & Bridget Pross. Guests partied into the night and will be talking about this event for sometime.
We raised approximately $1500 which went to the Cancer Council, thanks to all who participated in our fun event.
