Coming from a very small country town she moved to Adelaide and purchased a Café at the young age of 19 which she then sold 12 months later to set up her first skin clinic. Continuing her journey, established multiple skin clinics across Melbourne from start-up to sale. Kylie-Ann has accomplished the full entrepreneurial journey always with the desire to learn more and create a difference for others. This drive led Kylie-Ann to make a complete career change foundering Solution Creator – Coaching and mentoring other professionals and business owners with real-life experience, resources and other modalities – Change Management, (CM) Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Time Line Therapy® and Integrus DiSC® profiling.

Brian has 40+ years experience in corporate, professional accounting, taxation, audit and business advisory fields. He has been in practice in Melbourne as an accountant, business advisor and forensic accountant since 1989.  Prior to this he was with BP Australia in accounting policy and systems, corporate accounting and corporate treasury roles. Brian worked for Touche Ross in London, Birmingham and Geneva before moving to Australia in 1983. He now specialises in audit, strategic planning, taxation, management and forensic accounting and is an accredited business valuer and accredited forensic accounting specialist.

With over 30 years’ experience in intellectual property (IP) law, Jennifer also has ‘hands-on’ experience in business, starting a boutique IP firm in 2004, which operated until 2017 when merging with Wrays, where Jennifer is currently working.  This experience enables Jennifer to understand the challenges facing business enterprises. Beginning her working life as a research biochemist at Murdoch University, Western Australia looking at iron metabolism in lamprey eels, Jennifer’s journey into intellectual property started when entering the patent attorney profession in 1987 at Wrays Perth where she completed qualifications as a patent attorney in 1993.  Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Law degree in 1994 and articles with Minter Ellison. During the period 1999 to 2004, Jennifer worked with the firms of Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick, Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) and Gadens before establishing the specialist IP firms EKM legal in 2004 and EKM patent & trade marks in 2006.  EKM merged with Wrays in April 2017



Noirin Mosley has worked in 6 different industries in 3 different continents in her career to date. Namely Insurance, Disability, Consumer Electronics (Sony), Online Wall Art and more recently Entertainment (Race Party) and Online Learning (Educate to Elevate). She likes to build and support business communities and is a committee member for both LinkedinLocal Melbourne, The Centre for Optimism and is an Ambassador for the Symphony 7 group too. She is originally from Ireland, plays tennis badly, the Irish harp and believes that Optimism can really be learnt!


Wendy is a public relations and thought leadership specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked in senior public affairs positions for major organisations such as Drake International, Medibank Private and National Australia Bank. Prior to becoming a public relations practitioner, Wendy worked as a journalist – initially as a newspaper journalist in South Africa and on immigrating to Australia, as an editor of several nationally based specialist business publications. Since launching Parker Public Relations in Melbourne fifteen years ago, Wendy has worked with clients from across industry, drawing on her extensive experience as a strategic planner, publicist and thought leadership specialist.


Bradley has had a diverse range of experience as an entrepreneur, founder, CEO & CIO of a number of successful companies including SEEK and Computershare. Bradley has launched and worked with many successful startups, raised millions of dollars and rapidly grown tech startups from zero to hero.
Bradley is a regular public speaker with his own YouTube channel and as a founder of Northbridge Capital regularly assists companies on capital raising, international growth, marketing and technology



Grant is an accomplished and growth-focused leader with 18+ years’ experience running small businesses and all the dimensions therein.He is a volunteer mentor for the Small Business Mentoring Service, serves on the Sub-Committee for Small Business at Victorian Chamber for Commerce and Industry and mentors for ASBAS. Consequently, small business continues to be part of his DNA. He has a Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from SMU. He has been an Innovation Practitioner since 2008, organises Pop-Up Innovation Hubs and has designed and run numerous interventions with companies of all sizes. He also conducts various programs for companies, including Leading Teams for Innovation, Business Model and Service Innovation. He packaged various creative thinking methodologies and combined them into an engaging and educational program.
